DescriptionFont blown and finished by tooling. Joined by a triple knop to a pressed stem and base. Base pressed upside down in a one-piece female mold that formed the hexagonal stem and interior of the base by a tapered cylindrical male plunger to create the fine ribbing on the interior with a shoulder on its upper part that impressed a five-petal floret in each corner of the underside of the base and another shoulder that formed the underside of the perimeter. Slight pontil mark on interior of base opposite top step. Underside of base ground by a stone wheel. Font stone-wheel-engraved with a matte pattern of meandering vine and stylized flowers.
