DescriptionAlabaster glass, white font and blue standard and base. Pressed in the same manner as 1968.40, the base in the same mold, but the font in a larger mold bearing the same acanthus pattern, in conjunction with a one-piece cylindrical mold from which the domed top was formed by reheating and tooling by the Magoun patent method. Brass collar machined and threaded, fitted with a brass adapter to mount an electrical fixture.
