DescriptionThis straight-sided bowl on a stem is made of medium thin glass. The glass is transparent with a natural pale green tint (10 G 6/2). The fabric cannot be determined because of weathering. The bowl is free-blown with a visible pontil mark about 1.2 cm wide. An applied thread encircles the bowl approximately 1.0 cm below the rim. The outsplayed rim is rounded in flame. The sides are straight with a slight downward taper. The vessel has a solid stem and a broad, low, blown base with flaring sides. The edge of the base is rounded and thickened in flame.
