DescriptionFree-blown and tooled goblet-shaped vessel made of medium thin, transparent dusky yellow-green glass (near 5 GY 5/2), with visible blowing spirals and bubbles. The rim is rounded and thickened in the flame. The wide U-shaped bowl has straight sides that taper toward a short, hollow tubular stem. The base is high and pushed-in, featuring a hollow tubular ring. A pontil mark measuring approximately 1.0 cm in diameter is present. The center of the base, intended to be pushed up into the stem, is uneven due to the bursting of the bulb during forming. The vessel was sealed with a pontil wad.
