DescriptionThis circular medallion is made of opaque light blue glass and was mold-pressed with very delicate cutting. The preserved portion of the relief shows a tunic-clad youth with short hair and a rounded face, pulling at an oval object—possibly a bowl—while an opposing figure, possibly an animal or another person, tugs from the other side. The right half of the scene is missing. The disk is dome-shaped with a raised rim.
