DescriptionHemispherical ribbed bowl made of mold-fused, tooled, abraded, and wheel-cut purple glass. The slightly outsplayed rim has a rounded edge, leading to a convex curving side and a slightly concave bottom. The interior features three horizontal wheel-cut grooves: one below the rim, cut irregularly, and two in a band around the middle of the body. On the exterior, twenty short, unevenly spaced ribs are set vertically or slightly obliquely around the middle of the body, ending just above the junction of the side and bottom.
