Descriptionbubbles. The glass is transparent with a natural grayish yellow-green tint (near 5 GY 7/2), though the exact color cannot be determined because of weathering. The vessel is free-blown and tooled, with no pontil mark present.
The rim is rounded and thickened in the flame, with a narrow projecting roll below it. The neck is tall and concave, curving smoothly into a horizontal shoulder. The squat bulbous body has its greatest diameter above the midpoint. The flat base includes a small depression at its center.
Twelve irregularly spaced pinched ribs extend from the top of the shoulder to below the midpoint of the body. These ribs can be felt as bulges on the interior surface.
