DescriptionMedium thin glass with numerous pinprick and small spherical bubbles in body and horizontally elongated bubbles in collar and rim.
Transparent natural pale green (10 G 6/2).
Body twice blown into a vertically ribbed and grooved pattern mold, the first time to form diagonal ribs by twisting, the second time to form the vertical ribs. The diagonal ribs can be felt on the interior. Neck and mouth free-blown. Cutout below rim. Circular scar on base ca. 1.1 cm.
Collar rim, rounded in flame, with external projecting roll. Flaring neck with tool mark at its base. Sloping shoulder with bulge from rim of mold. Cylindrical body with slightly concave walls tapering downward. Flattened base with depression in center.
On body, mold-blown basket-weave pattern consisting of twenty-one vertical ribs and grooves reaching from just below shoulder to base, superimposed upon twenty-one diagonal ribs (from top left to bottom right) reaching from shoulder bulge to ca. 1.5 cm above base.
Cylindrical body and neck with very wide mouth, having an upright mouth rim and an annular swelling immediately below it. Translucent light green glass with earthy deposit. Body decorated with vertical flutings.
