DescriptionStreaky manganese-colored pale red-purple (5 RP 6/2). Similarly colored thread. Translucent natural pale olive handles (10 Y 6/2).
No pontil mark. Underside of base too weathered to distinguish evidence of post technique. Added thread.
Flaring rim, rounded in flame. Curved sides sloping to base. Slightly flattened base; true base ring with slanting tool marks on exterior.
Thin thread ca. 1.2 cm below rim. Over this, on either side of vessel, a decorative coil folded to shape of letter M applied to wall in imitation of handles.
Medium thin glass. Fabric cannot be determined because of weathering.
