DescriptionTransparent natural green (10 G 6/2). Similarly colored handles.
Pontil mark ca. 1.2 cm in diameter, over reamer mark. Excess glass at tips of handles folded upward and back against top of handles. Medium thin glass. Fabric cannot be determined because of weathering.
Rim folded outward, upward, and inward. Funnel neck with curved junction at shoulder. Strongly sloped shoulder. Bulbous body with greatest diameter at midpoint. Concave base with kick. Two curved coil handles applied to shoulder and attached to side of rim.
CLASSIFICATION: Jar Class I C 5 a.
