DescriptionThis glass bottle from the 4th century CE has a short, rounded form with a single ribbed handle. It was made by blowing glass into a mold for the body and shaping the top part by hand. The shoulder shows where the mold ended. A ring of glass wraps around the rim, and the thick handle connects the neck and shoulder.
