DescriptionThis wide bowl was free-blown from transparent pale olive-tinted glass (near 10 Y 6/2) and finished with wheel cutting. The thin-walled vessel shows signs of weathering, and the glass fabric cannot be determined. The rim is rounded and thickened in flame. The body has flaring, curved sides and an unevenly flattened base with a slight central depression. A pontil mark approximately 0.7 cm wide is visible on the base. Possibly four revolutions of an applied thread are preserved just below the rim.
