DescriptionThis pale green glass bowl, made in the 1st century CE, has a flared, thickened rim and conical sides. The base is pushed in and surrounded by a hollow ring. Tiny bubbles and spirals in the glass show how it was shaped by blowing and tooling. A scar and irregular wad are visible underneath.
