DescriptionThis pale green glass bowl, made in the 1st century CE, has conical sides and a thickened, rounded rim. The base is pushed in and surrounded by a hollow ring. Tiny bubbles in the glass and a visible tool mark show how it was formed by blowing and tooling. A round scar is visible underneath.
