DescriptionThis pale green glass bowl, made in the 1st century CE, has conical sides and a flared rim shaped in the flame. A scar and swelling mark the underside. The base is concave and encircled by a high ring, pinched to form a fold and hollow at the edge. Weathering has altered the glass’s surface.
