DescriptionThis is a hemispherical bowl with a pad base and an external projecting roll, classified as a variation of Isings 1957, Form 69 a and Vessberg’s variation. The bowl is made from medium thin, free-blown glass with numerous small bubbles. It is opaque white (near N 8). The vessel has a flaring rim that is rounded and thickened in flame, a hemispherical body, and a flat base with a solid pad that may have been pinched but was more likely added. A cut-out collar is present approximately 0.9 cm below the rim.
