DescriptionThis grayish yellow-green glass jar from the 3rd–4th century CE has a round body and narrow neck. A glass thread, matching the body in color, was coiled around the neck in seven loops starting above the shoulder. The neck flares at the base, and the body swells below a sharply sloped shoulder. The jar rests on a raised, indented foot with a tubular ring.
