DescriptionThis diminutive thimble jar is made of thin, transparent natural pale green glass (10 G 6/2) and was free-blown and tooled. The vessel features a hollow rim that is horizontally outsplayed and folded outward, upward, and inward. The cylindrical neck broadens slightly at its base, and there is no distinct shoulder or body articulation. The base is flattened with a slight central depression and bears a circular scar from detachment, measuring approximately 1.0 cm in diameter. A few vertical linear bubbles are visible in the fabric of the glass.
