DescriptionThis small cameo medallion is made of layered cameo glass. The head of Isis is carved in opaque white glass with her hair cut from the semi-translucent brownish layer, all set against a background of manganese-purple glass. The figure is shown in profile facing right, wearing the emblem of Isis on top of her head.
