DescriptionEach square made up of four smaller squares Checkerboard pattern composed of tiny square rods of opaque white, opaque yellow, opaque red, blue, opaque turquoise-blue, and opaque dark blue (appearing black), each color symmetrically disposed within the mosaic cane. Square section of mosaic cane. Upper- and undersides flat; rough vertical edges. Fused polychrome mosaic, cast, and polished. Diapered pattern formed by the juxtaposition of square glass sticks of various colors.
