Label TextThis small clay mold was excavated in 1922 by the Egypt Exploration Society at Akhetaten (modern Amarna), the capital city established by Pharaoh Akhenaten. Likely used to form decorative elements or inlays, it was part of a group of workshop materials assigned to the Toledo Museum of Art through the formal division of finds.
