DescriptionThis small hemispherical bowl (patella) is made of opaque red glass. It has a horizontal rim with a rounded edge, curving convex sides, and an upper floor that is concave with a slightly convex underside. It stands on a slightly outsplayed base ring with a flat edge. The vessel was mold fused and abraded.
