DescriptionThis small bulbous jar (Jar Class IA3a) was made of transparent natural pale green glass. It is free-blown and tooled, with no pontil mark. The vessel features a rounded rim above a tall concave neck, an interrupted curve at the shoulder, and a bulbous body with its widest point at the middle. The base is slightly concave. The glass contains large horizontally elongated bubbles, especially in the rim. Four shallow circular indentations on the body, likely created by flattening on a marver, serve as simple surface decoration.
