DescriptionMedium thin glass. Pinprick and small bubbles. Blowing spirals. Numerous dark specks and unintentional dark red streak in zigzag.
Light yellow body; greenish-blue decoration; flared, folded rim; constricted neck; spherical body; applied thread in zig-zag pattern extends from rim to shoulder.
Transparent dusky yellow (between 5 Y 6/4 and 10 Y 6/2). Translucent grayish blue green zigzag (near 5 BG 5/2, but more blue).
Free-blown. Pontil mark ca. 1.2 cm in diameter. Added coil. Excess glass at end of zigzag drawn out thin, folded back along rim over zigzag, and snapped off.
Hollow outsplayed rim, folded outward, upward, inward, and downward. Deeply concave neck with curved transition to shoulder. Nearly horizontal shoulder. Squat bulbous body with greatest diameter at midpoint. Base flattened with slight depression in center.
Freestanding zigzag coil, applied to shoulder and attached to rim, trailed on from left to right with 23 segments between shoulder and rim.
