DescriptionThis flask is classified as a Candlestick Unguentarium, with a squat conical form. It is made of transparent natural pale green glass. The rim is tubular, outsplayed, and folded outward, upward, inward, and downward. The tall, tapering neck has a tooling mark and a slight constriction at its base. The body is squat and conical, about one-fourth of the vessel’s total height, with a flat bottom. The glass is thin, with blowing spirals and a few pinprick and vertically elongated bubbles in the body and neck. There is no pontil mark.
