DescriptionClassified as Bottle II D 3 b, this vessel is free-blown and tooled from medium thin, transparent natural grayish green glass (5 G 5/2), with a similarly colored applied thread. The fabric cannot be determined due to weathering. The rim is folded outward, upward, inward, and downward. The concave neck transitions smoothly into a strongly sloped shoulder and ovoid body, which reaches its greatest diameter at the midpoint. The flat base features a central depression and a hollow, tubular pushed-in base ring. Two revolutions of thread are applied at the base of the neck. The pontil mark cannot be detected due to weathering.
