DescriptionThis object is classified as a Bottle II A 2 h. It is made of transparent natural green glass, though the exact color cannot be determined because of weathering. The glass is thin with visible blowing spirals, and the fabric cannot be determined due to weathering. The vessel is free-blown and tooled, with a pontil mark approximately 1.0 cm.
The bottle has a rounded rim finished in flame and a flaring mouth. It features a tubular neck with a curved transition to the strongly sloped shoulder. The ovoid body tapers downward to a pushed-in hollow tubular base ring. A stem is formed between the body and the base by the hollow tubular ring.
