DescriptionMedium thin glass. Black specks in mouth. Blowing spirals. Other characteristics of fabric cannot be determined because of weathering. Transparent natural pale green (near 10 G 6/2). Translucent similarly colored base ring. Free-blown. Pontil mark ca. 1.4 cm. Rim rounded and slightly thickened in flame. Small funnel mouth on tall tapering neck with curved transition to shoulder. Gently sloping shoulder. Bulbous body with greatest diameter above middle and walls curving down to narrow base. True base ring with outsplayed sides and slanting tool marks on exterior. CLASSIFICATION: Bottle II B 2 e.
