BiographyPinaree Sanpitak was born in Bangkok 1961, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Tsukuba, Japan in 1986. She is one of Thailand's most internationally recognized artists. Sanpitak's work has been featured in numerous museum exhibitions, including a solo show at LACMA in 2013, and she has participated in numerous biennials in Australia, Italy, Japan and Korea. Her large scale installation , Anything Can Break, was first shown at the Sydney Biennale in 2012 and was later installed at TMA from 2014-2015.
