DescriptionLibbey no. 699 quart decanter. Decanter: blank blown in a mold and finished by tooling. No pontil mark. Engraved with pattern no. RC 0612. Hollow stopper: blown in a mold, the lower half of the upper portion patterned with twelve vertical ribs, and finished by tooling. Solid shank ground and polished to fit neck of decanter.
