DescriptionA large circular lidded box crafted from birchbark and pine wood.
Exterior of body of the box is decorated with three equal width spruce
root slats and include woven porcupine quills in a diamond pattern
interspersed regularly. The box lid is an intricate pattern of quillwork
embroidery with a central starburst motif, inside a truncated diamond.
Within the box are nested four smaller boxes that are precise 'quarters'
of the interior space.
