Label TextThis small jug was made in Cyprus and discovered in Tomb 38 at Balabish, a cemetery in southern Egypt excavated in 1915. It belongs to the “Base Ring” ware type, a Cypriot pottery style widely traded during the Late Bronze Age (c. 1500–1200 BCE).
