Description"Chintz" type, colorless glass blown in a mold with a pattern of vertical ribs of alternating widths which produced projections on the molded glass, which was rolled over brownish-yellow powdered glass, that was picked up on the projections. Blown in a plain paste mold to imbed the color and produce an even surface; joined by a ball knop to an applied, tooled foot. Rim sheared and fire polished; semi-polished, raised, concave pontil mark.
