DescriptionConical font blown and the lower part pattern-molded with twelve arched flutes; the upper part finished by tooling. Joined by a bladed knop and two wafers to a blown hollow spherical knop. Joined by a bladed knop to a short cylindrical stem above a base consisting of a plain, round-shouldered cylindrical tier above three more tiers, the uppermost ribbed, the next two scalloped with encircled bosses on top. Stem and base pressed upside down in a one-piece female mold by a male plunger with a shallow, pointed ribbed end; a plain short shoulder; and two plain scalloped shoulders above it, the uppermost part of which formed the flat undersurface of the perimeter of the base, which has four small curved projections extending downward as feet, unequally spaced with two and three scallops between them. Slight, rough pontil mark on first interior shoulder.
