DescriptionA vertical paper folio featuring a central text block of Arabic calligraphy in black ink. The script is Naskh, characterized by small, rounded letterforms. The text block is enclosed within a rectangular border ruled in gold leaf and thin black lines. Gold rosette verse markers punctuate the lines of text. The paper is burnished but has darkened with age.
