DescriptionColorless body; blue and red enamel; gilded; upper one-third flaring; remainder cylindrical shape; at top, pair of thin red lines; band of blue inscription with four evenly spaced gold and red medallions; band with thin red line on each side; pair of red lines below; applied base ring.
