Label TextExcavated in 1922 by the Egypt Exploration Society at Maru-Aten, a ceremonial palace at Akhetaten (modern Amarna), this painted limestone relief fragment shows part of a male figure. It was recovered from the same palace complex as other Amarna-period material and entered the Toledo Museum of Art collection through the formal division of finds.
