DescriptionPressed, probably upside down, in a female mold of two vertical sections with a base plug that formed the socket for the candle, by a plain male plunger, with a cap ring that formed the base. Underside and edges of base ground and polished. Large, convex, polished pontil mark. Top of socket ground and polished. Complete piece fire-polished.
