DescriptionPressed upright in a female mold of two vertical sections bearing the so-called honeycomb pattern, with a plain, slightly conical base plate that formed the underside of the foot, by a plain male plunger that also formed the scalloped rim and ridge below it. The two moldmarks extend from the bottom of the edge of the foot and across the top of the foot, and up the opposite edges of the octagonal stem to the bowl, and then continue upward to the lower part of the scalloped rim in a zigzag pattern following the outline of the honeycomb cells. No pontil mark.
