DescriptionThis hemispherical bowl is made of colorless glass. The vessel was shaped by sagging, then rotary-polished on the interior and the top of the rim, fire-polished on the exterior, and cut on the interior.
It has a vertical rim with an almost pointed edge. The sides curve outward in a smooth convex shape, leading to a convex bottom. On the interior, two shallow horizontal grooves are cut in a band just below the rim.
