DescriptionThis shallow hemispherical bowl is made of natural greenish-yellow glass. It has an upright rim with a rounded edge that slopes outward, a smoothly curving convex side, and a convex bottom. Two narrow horizontal grooves are cut inside the bowl below the rim, while two lightly abraded horizontal grooves encircle the lower exterior. The bowl was formed by sagging and finished with rotary-polishing on the interior and rim top, fire-polishing on the exterior, and cutting on both surfaces.
