DescriptionMedium thick glass. Small spherical bubbles. Blowing spirals.
Transparent dusky yellow (near 5 Y 6/4, but greener). Translucent similarly colored handles.
Free-blown. Pontil mark cannot be detected because of weathering. Excess glass at tip of handles clipped off.
Rim folded outward, upward, inward, and far downward. Deeply concave neck. Sloping shoulder. Squat bulbous body with greatest diameter at middle. Concave base. Three straight coil handles applied to shoulder and attached to side and top of rim.
CLASSIFICATION: Jar Class I D 1 a.
