DescriptionThis indented cup is free-blown and tooled from very thin, transparent natural pale green glass (10 G 6/2). The fabric cannot be determined due to weathering. The rim is everted, with convex sides and an unworked edge bent outward from a slight constriction. The squat, bulbous body reaches its greatest diameter at the middle and rests on a slightly concave base. Four large circular indentations are tooled into the body, each marked at the center by a reamer impression. No pontil mark is visible.
