DescriptionThis glass bowl, made in the 1st–2nd century CE, has a flaring rim, curved sides, and a concave base with a hollow ring. The bowl was shaped by blowing and tooling, with added coils. Two corrugated coils on the rim, possibly handles, and a molded band near the edge add detail. The glass has weathered, but appears to have been a natural green color.
