DescriptionThin glass. Fabric cannot be determined because of weathering. Blowing spirals.
Transparent natural pale green. Exact color cannot be determined because of weathering.
Free-blown. Pontil mark ca. 1.3 cm. Excess glass at tips of handles clipped off.
Outsplayed rim, rounded in flame. Conical sides. Concave base. Three coil handles applied to upper body and attached to rim.
CLASSIFICATION: Crowfoot and Harden 1931, pl. 30, type 40 (from Jerash).
