DescriptionMedium thin glass. Fabric cannot be determined because of weathering. Blowing spirals.
Transparent natural grayish yellow-green (5 GY 7/2). Translucent similarly colored handles appearing dusty yellow-green (near 5 GY 5/2).
Free-blown. Pontil mark ca. 0.9 cm. Added coils. Excess glass at tips of handles clipped off.
Everted rim, rounded in flame. Tubular neck. Sloping shoulder. Bulbous body with greatest diameter just below shoulder. Concave pushed-in base. Two curved coil handles applied to shoulder and attached halfway up neck.
Rim thread from right to left. Neck coil of indeterminate direction on lower part of neck.
CLASSIFICATION: Bottle I A 1 b.
