Description This small blue bottle from the 1st century CE was made by shaping hot glass through blowing and tooling. It has a rounded rim, a straight neck, and an egg-shaped body. Three long feet were pulled from the body and pressed into shape with their tips flaring outward. The glass is worn from age and shows no sign of a pontil mark, the scar left when detaching from the blowing rod.
