DescriptionThis shallow bowl is made from thin, transparent yellowish-gray glass (5 Y 7/2) with a few pinprick bubbles visible in the fabric. It was free-blown and tooled, and the underside of the base retains traces of a circular wad about 2.0 cm in diameter. The hollow rim is carefully folded outward and downward. The bowl's sides are out-splayed and curve in an elongated "S" profile, meeting the base at an obtuse angle. The base is pushed in and features a central knob on the interior, surrounded by a hollow tubular base ring.
