DescriptionThin glass. Small spherical bubbles in body. Blowing spirals.
Natural light green; natural light green decoration; cylindrical shape, narrowing toward bottom; wide mouth; small flared rim; on exterior, decorated with applied flattened threads of natural light green forming rows of rectangles; pontil mark on bottom.
Transparent natural pale green (10 G 6/2). Similarly colored thread.
Free-blown. Pontil mark with remains of pontil wad ca. 1.1 cm. Added thread with horizontal thread applied over vertical. Vessel expanded and threads marvered into surface.
Everted rim, rounded and thickened in flame. Slightly convex sides taper down to base. Concave base.
On body from 2.5 cm below rim to base, an irregular grid pattern of applied threads.
