DescriptionThis squat bulbous bottle (Bottle, blue zigzag group) is free-blown and tooled using medium thin glass. The glass is transparent natural pale green (10 G 6/2) with a translucent moderate blue green thread (near 5 BG 4/6). The vessel contains a few small and medium-sized bubbles (up to 0.3 cm). The pontil mark, over a reamer mark, measures about 1.1 cm. The rim is rounded in flame with a tool mark below the edge on about one-third of the interior. It has a funnel neck, a horizontal shoulder, and a squat bulbous body with its greatest diameter at the middle. The base is concave with a kick. On the neck are twelve revolutions of thread. On the lower half of the body, a zigzag thread runs from right to left with fourteen points in each direction, continuing with four and a half revolutions on the upper body and shoulder.
